𝕮𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖊𝖘 𝕱𝖔𝖗𝖙 𝑎𝑡 𝐾𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑙𝑒, 𝐶𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑦 𝐶𝑜𝑟𝑘

During this CoVID-19 Pandemic, when Ireland is still on Level 3 lockdown we are allowed to travel within county. For us to unwind from busy and demanding work in the hospital we always want to travel and see country side locations at least within our county Cork. Places we have never been before here in Ireland. There are so many sites here in Ireland that are less explored which offer best sceneries. One of these is in Kinsale, Cork.

Charles Fort named after Charles II of England was a massive star-shaped structure and a seaward defence as a military installation laid just on the harbour of Kinsale. It has its notable contribution in Irish history. It was built in the 16th century and despite of harsh challenges it took from different events in the history, Charles Fort survived them and is well preserved. Another piece of history that displays a spectacular view.
